Realized that the tendency with tech is just to always ask: What’s everything we could do with this? (e.g. What’s all the customer data we can collect? What are ALL the features that could be possible as a part of this?)
We’re curious and we just want to know what can be done.
But knowing this and knowing that what can be done isn’t necessarily what will add the most value, my sense is it’s an ongoing battle to override our pre-programmed curiosity of what are all the possibilities with just: What are the top necessities that could make this a massive hit?
