Sometimes old school tools are faster than AI. I just spent 10 minutes failing to get AI to write me some javascript to run a find and replace across a large vault of files and then remembered that my old, trusty TextMate that has no hint of AI-assistance has Regex find and replace built in a as a feature. Took 30 seconds. It feels antique but perhaps there is still hope for niche specialty tools.
