Remarketing better than PPC in certain scenarios?

I am experimenting with only using remarketing for a new product.

I already have a list of leads and I reach out to them directly. If they engage with an initial outreach then the remarketing campaign is triggered and continues to work to bolster our initial efforts.

We’re not running PPC concurrently. Only remarketing. The thought is that even though PPC is meant for targeted leads it’s also expensive (competitive) and you’re often still paying for unqualified leads. However, if you’re able to gather a list of leads you know are qualified and worthwhile and just target them, then you know you’re paying to just target them.

Bottom line: It’s nice to know you’ve preselected the exact people that are a part of your remarketing efforts. Results from this campaign early. I’ll report back with more data.
